Partnership Purpose

1. To support the women enterprises and startups to access funding after undertaking training by Hand in Hand Eastern Africa.
2. To provide the women with an opportunity to forge linkages with other enterprises, industries, public organizations, and other related actors.
3. To provide Micro, Small and Medium enterprises owned by women with visibility and credibility in the marketplace.

Role of WEF

a) Train groups referred by HiH EA on the credit aspects.
b) Provide Tuinuke loans to cohesive HiH EA trained groups that meet the Fund’s lending criteria.
c) Carry out monitoring and evaluation and follow ups of trained groups.
d) Facilitate market linkages for beneficiaries on terms agreeable to both parties.

Role of Partner

a) To outreach, mobilize and train communities through HIH EA training model
b) To promote and market WEF products and services to its members/farmers
c) Facilitate her officers and identified groups to participate in activities organized by WEF.
d) Facilitate monitoring of the progress of the objectives outlined here in and provide timely updates reports to WEF.
