1. State Department of Crop Development & Agricultural Research: for training in various agricultural value chains. To date over 22,000 women have been trained.
2. State Department of Cooperatives: for sensitization on formation of women owned SACCOs. 159 WEF women SACCOs were formed and Nakuru Women SACCO qualified as an intermediary for the Fund under the SACCO Funding Model.
3. Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA): for sensitization on Access to Government Procurement Opportunities for Women, Youth and Persons with Disability.
4. Come Together Widows & Orphans Organization (CTWOO): works to safeguard the human rights and dignity of widows, in line with the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) and Convention on the Rights of the Child. We collaborate with them to sensitize the widows on women empowerment programs as outlined in the Funds mandate.
5. Kenya Export Promotion & Branding Agency (KEPROBA): formerly the Export Promotion Council for training on export trade readiness; 310 women were trained. During the period of the partnership, 20 groups were facilitated to participate in Dar es salaam International Trade Fair, 10 to Rwanda Regional Trade fair dubbed “Nguvu Kazi” and 20 products exhibited in the Germany International Trade Fair.
6. Kenya National Chamber of Commerce & Industry is member-based organization championing enterprise support programs aimed at supporting and growing SME’s across the country through training and capacity building. We collaborate to promote business to business learning and networking.
7. Kenya Industrial Research Development Institute: for incubation of women business ideas.
8. Ministry of Public Service and Gender: for joint programming with all State Agencies under the ministry. (Huduma Mashinani)
