The following are the requirements for creating a WEF group:

1. Members must not be existing in another group.
2. Registered and active in M-PESA.
3. Members must accept the Terms and Conditions for the product and the invite to be added to the Group.
4. A member must be a Kenyan Citizen of 18 years and above.
5. Must hold a valid ID document (National ID / Passport).
6. Must have a registered sim card which should have been in operation for at least 6 months and 3 months active on M-PESA.
7. All members must be of the female gender.
