The proposition will have an approval process for:
Member adding

1. Invited members will approve joining the group.

Loan request:

1. For a loan request one official will be able to borrow the loan and 2 other officials plus 3 random group members will need to approve a loan request. This will ensure the guarantor process is adhered to.
2. The disbursement will be done to the group wallet.
3. Request to individual member wallet (approval same as above) group to person.

Opting out and closing the group

1. The approval to close the group will be dependent on the group members who have been left and will therefore not follow the approval process but use the active members to approve group closure.

Change of official:

1. Once the new official has been selected the approval process will be initiated. Two officials and 3 random members to approve.
