On November 24th, 2025, WEF Kenya and the International Labour Organization (ILO) officially launched the Prospects Programme Partnership, marking a significant step toward creating dignified livelihoods for Kenyan youth and women. This collaboration was solidified through an MOU signed by WEF CEO Rachael Musyoki and ILO Representative Caroline Njuki, focusing on practical innovation and sustainable economic growth.

Central to this milestone was the celebration of the latest Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) Programme graduation. This training is vital for our women beneficiaries, providing them with the essential management skills and financial literacy needed to grow small ideas into resilient enterprises. By combining global expertise with local mentorship, this partnership ensures that our entrepreneurs don't just start businesses—they build sustainable futures that uplift their entire communities.
