A group must have 3 officials i.e., Chairperson, treasurer, and secretary to perform the following roles.

1. Create the group.
2. Manage members – add, remove, , and Change roles but all officials to authorize
3. Close group.
4. Request group loan.
5. Make payment for group loan.
6. Approve Requests (all officials must approve the request).
