The group can only be closed after the loan has been re-paid.

No member can exit the group with an active loan (group loan or individual loan).

Only the officials can initiate group closure.

The approval to close the group will be dependent on the group members who have been left and will therefore not follow the approval process but use the active members to approve group closure.

Should a member request to leave the group the approval process will be followed (officials+ 3 random Members).

For any official who requests to leave the group the change of official process kicks in.
